The Valley

Located one hour by boat from Puerto Cisnes, the history of this place begins with an iconic mountain of our Region, the Cay Volcano, which gives life to this great valley, thanks to the waters of the Marta River, which is born in its glaciers, and zigzags for kilometers until its estuary in the Puyuhuapi Channel.

Walking our forest trails is to enter the jungle territory of Patagonia, an exuberant nature that is home to centenary trees such as Coihues, Myrtles, Mañíos, Tepúes, Tepas, Cinnamon trees, and bring together an enormous amount of fauna such as the Rayadito, Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Chucaos, Hued-Hued, Herons, Kingfishers and even Pudús and Pumas.

In fact, the isolation of this valley in the fjords gives life to a great marine diversity, including species such as Chilean dolphins, seals, spider crab, crabs, manta rays, conger eels, sea basses and trouts. Our mission is the conservation of this valley, to honor what was once one of the purest, wildest and most spectacular places in the Chilean Patagonia.
